Scoop packages exist as a part of Git repositories, called buckets. In addition to the builtin search sub-command, the package search can be used to search all Scoop manifests on GitHub. The list of all Scoop buckets on GitHub can be browsed here .

Scoop is a PowerShell module that lets you install programs from the command line with minimal friction. It supports portable apps, installers, single-file programs and scripts, and can use multi-connection downloads with aria2.
For example, you could install scoop to a custom directory, configure scoop to install global programs to a custom directory, and bypass system proxy during installation.
