Shavei Tzion (Hebrew: שָׁבֵי צִיּוֹן, lit. Returnees to Zion) is a moshav shitufi in northern Israel. Located between Acre and Nahariya and covering 2,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Asher Regional Council. In 2022 it had a population of 1,275.
When communities “Shavei Tzion” and “Netzer Ha-Galil” just beginning their service, we set ourselves two simple goals: to bring the truth to people and feed the hungry. When we prayed about how to participate in the needs of Israeli society, many of us have received the word of God: “feed the hungry”.
The vision of Return to Zion is to “Restore faith in Yeshua in Israel in our days.” We do this through humanitarian and educational outreaches such as Oasis Media (a Russian language media ministry), Rainbow of Sounds Music School, a food distribution program, Haifa Theological Institute and a ministry to Holocaust survivors.
Shavei Zion was founded in 1938 by a group of German-Jewish immigrants who were descended from generations of farmers and cattle merchants in the village of Rexingen, Wuerttemberg. Shavei Zion was one of the first villages to adopt the moshav shittufi form of settlement.

Return to Zion Congregation and Ministry Center (Shavei Tzion) was established by Leon Mazin in 2001, with Russian-speaking Jewish immigrants from the former Soviet Union comprising most of the congregation. Their vision is to “Restore faith in Yeshua in Israel in our days.”.
