Dumbarton (en escocés: Dumbairton; en gaélico escocés: Dùn Breatainn) es una localidad y burgo de Escocia, situado en la orilla norte del río Clyde en la desembocadura de su afluente el río Leven en el estuario o fiordo de Clyde. Dumbarton es la capital administrativa del concejo de West Dunbartonshire.
