1 de feb. de 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app. MACKEM99 Posts: 961 Forumite.

I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.
23 de sept. de 2024 · I only have experience of transferring a maturing Santander fixed rate ISA away to another provider but as that went smoothly, I wouldn't expect there to be any issues with an internal transfer. It may just take a day or so for the new account to show in online banking.
21 de sept. de 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date.

I see Santander are offering £50 eVoucher if you transfer in at least £10000 from a non-Santander ISA. Am I right that the 4.31% interest rate on £10000 equates to 4.81% if you include the £50 voucher?
4 de oct. de 2024 · If you only want the account for the Edge Saver and not the cashback (which you won't get as you have no DDs) then don't pay it in. No DDs or no £500 means no fees. Just to be clear though, you cannot get the offer of the £36 freebie (plus any cashback from say TopCashBack) without paying in the £500.

I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024. It looks like you're new here.
