21 de sept. de 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date.
1 de feb. de 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app. MACKEM99 Posts: 968 Forumite.
20 de may. de 2024 · Received my "Account Summary" for the 2023/24 tax year today. I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024. It looks like you're new here.
23 de sept. de 2024 · I only have experience of transferring a maturing Santander fixed rate ISA away to another provider but as that went smoothly, I wouldn't expect there to be any issues with an internal transfer. It may just take a day or so for the new account to show in online banking.

Went to the onecode website as instructed, no reference to Santander on it. Entered my 16 digit code and pressed shop and nothing happened. Thanks.

I'm trying to open a Paypal account linked to my Santander bank account but it's asking for the address of my bank on the direct debit form. I opened the bank account over the phone to bank online and whilst I have a card, account number and sort code, I have no address details.

I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.
22 de jul. de 2023 · I have tried to transfer money online from Santander to a new higher interest rate account with another bank. Santander say there is a £100k transfer rate limit. I am under that limit but the transfer was blocked. I have tried FAQs on both bank websites and there is no mention of the problem.
14 de oct. de 2024 · Does anyone have any insight on when Santander are launching their personal pension / SIPP product via the Santander Investment Hub? It must be coming soon, because I have seen various PDFs on Google when searching for this, which reference the account, but I spoke with someone from Santander Investment Hub who said it's not possible to apply for this product "at this time".
