Marco Brambilla (born 25 September 1960) is an Italian-born Canadian contemporary artist and film director, known for re-contextualizations of popular and found imagery, and use of 3D imaging technologies in public installations and video art.

Media artist Brambilla evokes suspense and wonder through the cinematic manipulation of his time-based works. Born in Milan in 1960, Brambilla worked as a commercial and feature film director before devoting himself to art-based video and photography projects in 1998.
