23 de mar. de 2023 · One of mine processed and just deleted itself. Uploaded a second one and it's been processing for 5 days. Interestingly I just checked my own profile just now and noticed I lost a few of my transparent "sticker" gifs. When I say a few, I mean 80-90% of them.
9 de abr. de 2023 · Question!? It's been three days and my gifs still say Pending Review. How long is this supposed to take? According to Tenor support, between zero minutes and seven days, but I’ve seen it take up to 21 days, but that’s an extremely rare edge case I believe.
18 de dic. de 2021 · There are quite a few reasons this could happen: #1, do not have special characters in your GIF's tags. #2, browser incapability. Tenor is owned by Alphabet Inc, which is owned by Google - Even though they won't admit it, they stifle other web browsers like Firefox intentionally. Try using Chrome, or better yet, use Giphy.

Hi, I'm trying to create GIFs for Twitter and every time it uploads to Tenor, I search it on the Twitter GIF tab and it comes out very pixelated even though it's fine on the Tenor website. I read that a file has to be 5kb max to appear good on Twitter but even then Tenor changes the file to be almost double the size once it's uploaded.

Find the switch for "metered connection" and change that to "On". You may need to log off or to reboot before it takes effect. Switching your computer to "Metered" may affect other apps.
