Paul McLean Caddis (born 19 April 1988) is a Scottish football coach and former professional footballer who is manager of National League North side Hereford. Caddis played in more than 350 professional matches at club level and represented his country at youth and senior levels.

The 35 year-old, who hails from Irvine, a coastal town in North Ayrshire, Scotland, is fresh from a senior playing career that spanned 13 years and just shy of 400 appearances both north and south of the border.
