Johansen blev känd som frontfigur för glamrock / protopunkgruppen The New York Dolls i mitten av 1970-talet och upplevde kommersiell framgång som soloartist, speciellt under pseudonymen Buster Poindexter på 1980-talet.

Det bliver hos det nyåbnede hotel, NH Collection Copenhagen, der ligger lige i vandkanten ved Knippelsbro på Christianshavn. Livlig atmosfære. Den nye restaurant kommer til at gå under navnet Plates og åbner den 4. september.
