Wonderful art/synth-pop debut album of the Scottish band The Blue Nile with at least four remarkable songs as the title song "A Walk Across the Rooftops", "Tinseltown in the Rain", "Stay" and "Heatwave". CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED AND OVERLOOKED.
12 de feb. de 2007 · First time I heard The Blue Nile was "A Walk Across the Rooftops" on the radio back in 83. It was a moody texured sound that fit my teenage angst at the time. This was one of my mellow, moody chill out albums along with Starfish by the Church. Fast forward to 2005. Wow.
