Elizabeth Lee McGovern (Evanston, 18 juli 1961) is een Amerikaans actrice. Zij werd in 1982 genomineerd voor zowel een Oscar als een Golden Globe voor haar bijrol als Evelyn Nesbit in de dramafilm Ragtime.
