Nata nell'Illinois, Hillary Wolf ha ottenuto il suo primo ruolo nel cinema nel 1984, ma si è ritirata dalla carriera di attrice nel 1992, a 15 anni, e da quel momento si è interessata esclusivamente a molti sport (soprattutto arti marziali e pugilato) ed ha vinto i campionati giovanili di judo nel 1994, divenendo un'esperta combattente, tuttora in forma e in attività.

She was five time American Champion and qualified for the Olympic Games in 1996 in Atlanta and the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. As a child actress she played in Home Alone I and II and Big Girls don’t cry. Wolf won the World Cup in Leonding where she defeated World players.
