Born Dec. 29, 1938, in Linwood, New Jersey, he was the son of William Louis Kinzer Sr. and Evelyn Elise Plowman Kinzer. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and beloved wife of 62 years, Lula Elaine Kinzer.
