Batman: The Dark Knight Returns (2013) Deluxe Edition a masterpiece of a graphic novel adaptation. This adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel is simply fantastic, it being animated probably actually helped it because it could get away with more on screen violence without risking a ratings jump. 9/10
