Maria Muldaur. Maria Muldaur (born September 12, 1943, New York City, New York, USA) is an American folk and blues singer who was part of the American folk music revival in the early 1960s. She recorded the 1973 hit song "Midnight at the Oasis" and continues to record albums in the folk, blues, early jazz, gospel, country, and R&B traditions.

6 de abr. de 2021 · Maria Muldaur continues to perform live and is still recording, her most recent album being 2018’s ‘Don’t You Feel My Leg: The Naughty Bawdy Blues of Blue Lu Barker’. In 2019 she received the prestigious “Trailblazer” award at the Americana Music Honours & Awards. Suggested Listening.
