  2. All external applicants for Q3 Academy Great Barr Sixth Form will be required to attend an interview. The interview will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions regarding your application, as well as for us to ascertain your suitability for Sixth Form. We will also offer advice on the suitability of the combination of your chosen subjects.

  4. The Academy operates a “cashless” system at lunchtimes. No student can hand over money to the catering staff when purchasing their food or drinks. All purchases are performed via the child’s ID card, which is part of their Academy Business Dress. In order to make a purchase, money must first be loaded onto the child’s account.

  6. From Monday 17th June, we are introducing some changes to the way we follow up students’ behaviour at Q3 Academy Great Barr – using a balance of both sanctions and rewards. This will ensure that our high standards of ready, respectful, and responsible conduct are consistently maintained, and all students benefit from the best possible environment for learning.
