  1. Term Dates & Timings of the School Day. The school day for our students Years 7 to 11 is from 8.00am to 2.30pm, which equates to 32.5 hours per week. Sixth Form students' days can run from 8.00am until 3.30pm (depending on their timetables). The school is open to visitors from 7.45am to 4.00pm.

    Mr L Eames. English is a core subject. In Years 7, 8 and 9 students having seven periods per fortnight. Our students study GCSE English Language and English Literature in Years 10 and 11, and A'Level English Language and English Literature in Years 12 and 13.   6. Dance - Spring 2024 - posted 24th May. March and April were extremely busy months for the Dance department at Bishop Luffa School. We started our run of dance events with a visit from 3fall Dance company, the 3rd year degree students from the University of Chichester. They led an inspiring workshop with a group of students from Years 9 to 13.

  7. Maths is a core subject. In Years 7, 8 and 9 students having six periods per fortnight. Our students study GCSE Foundation or Higher Maths in Years 10 and 11 having seven periods per fortnight.
