So many to choose from, but this is my favorite, starting with the cast of the sketch (Phil as Sinatra, Myers and Jackson as Steve and Eydie Gorme, Chris Rock as Luther Campbell, Jan Hooks as Sinead O'Connor, and musical guest Sting as a spot-on Billy Idol).
However this best of Phil Hartman from Saturday Night Live is a disappointment. It simply wasn't that funny. Some of the funniest moments occur with people that are backing him up or other people in the sketches like Dana Carvey who was excellent in the first catch. Don't recommend.
