A British film from 1939 completely shot in Dufaycolor, the only feature to do so! And as a color experiment it's not bad, but it's hardly as sparkly as the Technicolor process.

There is a brief Dufaycolour sequence in the 1935 Will Hay film Radio Parade, The plot of Sons of the Sea was very topical in 1939 and this gives it some interest. The location shots allow us a rare colour view of South West England in the late thirties. The main criticism of Dufaycolour was its garishness.
