Hace 2 días · I think that’s what makes it powerful too. It brings to the surface all the violence we’re all too happy to pretend isn’t there - at least not to the levels of the book. The kicker of course is that Blood Meridian is a very realistic and well-researched (albeit extreme) depiction of real violence in the real world.
