Leftover Salmon found themselves with a couple days off in Richmond VA. As a kind of afterthought Cracker asked them to come over to the studio and record a few Cracker songs with them backing. There's something a bit strange about Cracker releasing O' Cracker Where Art Thou?, a collection of country reinterpretations of their songs recorded with jam band Leftover Salmon. After all, when Cracker first started in the mid-1990s, they were a country rock band, which makes most of the versions here sound a bit pointless.
