Biografía de Ian McNeice. El actor Ian McNeice nació eol 2 de octubre de 1950 en la localidad de Basingstoke (Hampshire), en Inglaterra. Su entrenamiento actoral comenzó en la Escuela Taunton de Somerset, seguidos por dos años en la Salisbury Playhouse.
