After having watched Blow-up a while back (and loving it), I decided to give another Antonioni film a go, so I picked one of his more obscure works--I was pleasantly surprised!

Le amiche si meritano. E bisogna meritarle sempre, senza interruzione, correndo ogni giorno il rischio di contraddirle e di perderle. Il miglior genere d’amico è quello con cui ti puoi sedere sotto un portico senza dire mai una parola, e a poco a poco sentirti come se avessi fatto la più bella conversazione del mondo.

È questa l’amicizia. Una vera amica è colei che ti prende per la mano e ti tocca il cuore. Quando un’amica diventa troppo costosa non resta che sposarla.
