Yes. That works. It's actually a fun combo. One snag is that sometimes the AI will behave weirdly if they know they can't attack you -- i.e., they won't run to you, they'll just pass their turn or do something else weird. But 95% of the time, they waste their turn running towards the teleported knight. That's great.
