John 'Jock' Stein CBE (n. 5 octombrie 1922, Hamilton (d), Scoția, Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii și Irlandei – d. 10 septembrie 1985, Cardiff, Țara Galilor, Regatul Unit) a fost un fotbalist și antrenor scoțian. El devenise primul antrenor britanic, care a câștigat Cupa Campionilor Europeni, realizând asta cu Celtic F.C. în 1967.

Inducted in 2004. Jock Stein. 1922 — 1985. Football Manager; Jock was born in Burnbank, near Hamilton, and played football part time with Blantyre Victoria and Albion Rovers while working as a miner. He moved to Wales in order to play full time football and from the obscurity of Llanelli was brought to Celtic to provide cover for the first team.

Jock Stein played for several teams including Celtic before going into management in 1960. He returned to Glasgow to take charge of Celtic in 1965 and led the club to 10 league championships (including nine in succession between 1966 and 1974), nine Scottish cups and six league cups.
