Thoughts on 2010: The Year We Make Contact? I know this isn’t a Kubrick film but it is a direct sequel to one, and isn’t talked about often. In my opinion it’s an underrated film and a solid sequel. It doesn’t come anywhere close to the spectacle that 2001 is, and manages to look more dated than 2001 does.
