  5. Albert Warner was born on 1 March 1897 in Chinchilla, Queensland to Albert and Rosalia. He had three brothers and two sisters. He died on 16 August 1918 in Somme, France, at the age of 21, and was buried in Sailly-le-Sec, Somme, France and was awarded the Military Medal, "For Conspicuous Bravery and Devotion to Duty" during the advance near Morcourt on 8th August 1918.
