The official DVD set of seasons 3&4 cuts most of the episodes down, often severely, in one case to only about three minutes. Two episodes on DVD, "Smoking" and "Road Rage," are uncut aside from the theme and end credits, so the DVD versions (with higher quality) are uploaded here along with George's uploads (with the theme and credits).
