Hace 19 horas · Last night was Invasion of the Body Snatchers and it is an incredible time capsule of late 70s San Francisco! This movie had the most amazing street scenes and locations. It has me nostalgic for the city in the 70s even though I wasn’t there. It is definitely a sense of “fernweh,” the yearning for a faraway or long ago place.

Den einen galt er als antikommunistisches Traktat, wollten doch die Invasoren im Film jegliche Individualität auslöschen. Für die anderen dagegen war er eine Attacke auf die konforme US-amerikanische Massengesellschaft.
