At Burbank High School Instrumental Music Association (BHS IMA) we strive to promote self-discipline, hard work, independent thought, problem-solving skills, teamwork and self esteem. We aim to help students learn how to express themselves in positive and constructive ways, to better understand and relate to others and to work collaboratively to create a finished product.

In Sync is Burbank High School’s premier show choir, competing throughout California and the United States in the Advanced Mixed Division.In Sync is well known nationally, and is regularly ranked among the top 5 show choirs in the country. In 2017, In Sync won Grand Champions at Show Choir Nationals for its Tribal set, performing at the world-renowned Grand Ole Opry in Nashville Tennessee.
