   I am doing the Mestia - Ushguli Trek next week. We plan to land in Kutaisi on Saturday afternoon, 1:25pm and would love to go directly to Mestia on the same day and start the hike on Sunday. Now I know that the marshrutka from Kutaisi leaves at 9 in the morning and if we take the route through Zugdidi we are probably too late in Zugdidi to catch one of the marshrutkas (they leave at 3pm right?).
