Gregg Bissonette (born June 9, 1959 [citation needed]) is an American jazz and rock drummer and vocalist. He is the brother of bassist Matt Bissonette, with whom he frequently collaborates. He has played on albums by dozens of recording artists, including David Lee Roth 's first three solo albums.
Bio. Gregg Bissonette is a GRAMMY® Award-winning drummer who has played with Ringo Starr, David Lee Roth, Maynard Ferguson, Don Henley, Santana, Ray Charles, and many others. Gregg was voted best all-around drummer in the 2023 Modern Drummer Reader’s Poll.
