Hace 2 días · The Age of the Earth A lot of people apparently want each of the seven Biblical days of creation to be understood as ordinary 24 hour days (solar days -- let's not be concerned with sidereal days), which recalls Spencer Tracy asking his witness in Inherit the Wind: "Were they 24 hour days?" Of course, the original word in the Bible isn’t "day," as that is a translation of a Hebrew word.
