Bradshaw is best known for his work in several of Jane Campion's movies and TV series, including Bright Star and Top of the Lake. Bradshaw has composed for a variety of ensembles including string quartet, orchestra, and a cappella chorus.

Mark Bradshaw most recently composed the score for Goran Stolevski’s You Won’t Be Alone (2021), Roderick McKay’s The Furnace (2020) and Jane Campion’s Top of the Lake: China Girl (2017). His work on Top of the Lake (2013) earned him a BAFTA nomination.
