He was one of the most vocal opponents of 'taxation without representation', was a founding member of the Sons of Liberty, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, and the fourth Governor of Massachusetts (served 1793-1797).

Neal Zuckerman: appointed by the four upstate counties (Putnam). There are only twenty profiles on the MTA website, and two of them are non-voting. I cannot find the three other profiles missing (and some of the present ones are non-voting). The MTA bylaws state that quorum is 15% of the voting members. Which is quite (disappointingly) low.
