Uninstall unlimited companion framework. Load game, save the game with mod still uninstalled. Reinstall unlimited companion framework. Manually close fallout 4 and reopen. Load the most recent save. Once you load back in you should get the holotape and boom it works! Idk if anyone else is having this issue but I figured I’d post the fix here ...
