Taggart is the racist mayor of Rock Ridge, and he is determined to drive Sheriff Bart out of town.

I think its one of my favorites of his. Amazing and hilarious performances from John Belushi (who plays an absolutely unhinged drunk rogue fighter pilot), Dan Aykroyd (plays his usual rule following straight man), Ned Beatty, and Slim Pickens (who uses his keen intellect to stall the Japanese).
