First, the main thread of this paper—that Trueman’s immodest identity theory is vulnerable to the perennial problem of unity without truth—relies merely on Trueman’s own assertion that states of affairs/propositions are structured. And as we have seen, he explicitly commits to this doctrine in Trueman (2021) and does not recant in his 2022 paper.
