He wanted to kill who was responsible for his disease/mutation. He is a vampire killer. He was after the other villains who made him. He showed interest in teaming up with "Blade". He wanted to be heard, nobody was listening. I think he wanted to possibly make a deal with "Blade" he never said he wanted to take out the human race.
