Hace 3 días · Mute Witness comes to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in a 2.35:1 HEVC 2160p (4K UHD) HDR10 encodement newly restored and approved by director Anthony Waller. The low budget film shot on 35mm Agfa film in Super 35 has a soft, diffuse grain structure, but the transfer is natural and pleasing with no evidence of excessive DNR.
Hace 5 días · The Video. Peter Gabriel: Back to Front – Live at the O2 gets a 1.85:1 HEVC 2160p (4K UHD) SDR encodement on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray from Mercury Studios. As an SDR 4K disc the HDR is not missed, as the picture has excellent contrast and extended shadow detail with little noise in the darkly lit, often black and blue shaded stage lights.

The 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc comes with a 2.39:1 HEVC 2160p (4K UHD) Dolby Vision encodement with a MaxLL of 2743 nits and MaxFALL of 289 nits. This is a beautiful transfer with nothing much to criticize.
