Clément Beaune (París, 14 de agosto de 1981) es un político y alto funcionario francés. Fue Secretario de Estado para los Asuntos Europeos desde 2020, primero en el gobierno de Jean Castex y posteriormente en el de Élisabeth Borne.
Clément Beaune Écouter, né le 14 août 1981 à Paris, est un haut fonctionnaire et homme politique français. De 2017 à 2020, il est conseiller spécial d'Emmanuel Macron au palais de l'Élysée sur les questions européennes, puis son conseiller G20.
Clément Beaune (French pronunciation: [klemɑ̃ bon]; born 14 August 1981) is a French public servant and politician who served as Secretary of State for European Affairs (2020–2022) and Minister for Transport (2022–2024) in the governments of Prime Ministers Jean Castex and Élisabeth Borne.
On July 26, 2020, he was appointed Secretary of State for European Affairs to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in the Jean Castex government. Clément Beaune is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and of the Bruges College of Europe (“Montesquieu” year).
