I listened to (and still do) lot of indie, alt pop, pop in general, r&b and occasionally punk before I found them in 2016. I’ve heard people describe pvris as being a gateway for them into heavier or more alternative music, or the opposite direction where pvris was the first poppy band they really enjoyed. Curious to hear others experiences.
