Hace 2 días · It has been a week, and I’m still haunted by Luchino Visconti’s film Le Notte Bianche (White Nights 1957), starring the two great male beauties of the cinema at the time, Marcello Mastroianni and Jean Marais, and the enticing Maria Schell. Narration-wise, the film is not much, but the heightened sense of Romance is on another scale of intensity that is unrealistic.
