Si se llaman, Poncha, a las dos se dice Poncha, o se dice Ponchita a la niña. Se puede decirla "Poncha junior," "Poncha the second" o "little Poncha" para clarificar, pero normalmente no se usa.
27 de ago. de 2013 · So in general the freshman sophomore junior senior nomenclature is not used in Canada. It tends not to be used in high schools other than Grade 12 is senior year. Different school districts divide the grades differently. When I was in school, high school was typically grade 8 to 12 so five grades. We didn't have middle schools.

(freshman,sophomore, junior and senior) sino que decimos "estoy en primer (segundo, tercero, etc.) año. No hace falta aclarar que es de secundaria ya que si estas en primaria (primary school) dirias grado en vez de año (primer grado, segundo grado, etc.).

24 de oct. de 2007 · Junior también se usa en México para referirse al hijo menor que lleve el nombre igual al de su padre. Creo que es un americanismo, ya que en el español se utiliza el apellido de la madre para diferenciar entre padre e hijo. No es necesario decir 'Junior' ni 'Hijo'.

We do use "fresher" (no 'man') for a first-year university student (never in high school), but it tends to be limited to introductory events held near the beginning of term. After that, they're just first-years.

In the U.S. some community colleges or "junior colleges" offer bachelor's degrees, although many offer only AA (Associate in Arts) degrees, which is normally a two year degree. A bachelor's degree is normally given after 4 years of post-secondary study.
