  3. 19 de ago. de 2021 · Tessanne. Hi Rug, Welcome to the Simyo forum! To use the eSIM on your new phone you need to download the Mijn Simyo app and log in. You can then go to Instellingen > Simkaart > Activeer je eSIM, to reactivate the eSIM. The system will send you a text with a verification code and in the app you will see a screen where you have to fill in this code.

Netwerkreset: Probeer de netwerkinstellingen van uw apparaat te resetten. Dit kun je vaak vinden onder 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Reset' > 'Herstel netwerkinstellingen'. Wij verwachten dat de storing vandaag opgelost zal worden.

This is obviously ridiculous and it is a theft as 450 euros is a very large amount of money. I cannot believe your company operates this way.

  7. The activation date is 14-05-2023, form the Mij Simyo app, it works because from the app it says my sim card was converted successfully. But the network still shows “No service”. Also I can not receive any code for acetification through the app. And I find many people in this forum have the same problem.
