The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) is a public community college in New York City. Admissions. Anyone who has a high school diploma, an accredited state high school equivalency diploma, or international secondary education credentials equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma is eligible to apply to Borough of Manhattan Community College.
