Saunet Sparell, född 1 januari 1971 i Addis Abeba, Etiopien, är en svensk artist och skådespelare. [1] Hon adopterades av en svensk mamma vid fyra års ålder. [2] Sparell var programledare för Swedish Dance Chart på ZTV, [3] sångerska i Basic Element 1995-1998, och har därefter varit soloartist under namnet Saunet.

Saunet Sparell (born on 1 Jan, 1971 in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia) replaced Zetma Prenbo in 1995 as vocalist for the Basic Element project. Saunet did also participate in the project Cyro & Gyro. She released an album called Faith and a single called Erase Me, both in 2000 as Saunet.
Later vocalists were Saunet Sparell, Marie Fredriksson (not to be confused with the Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson). Currently, the band is the original member and founder Peter Thelenius, along with his wife Linda Thelenius and Jonas Wesslander.
