Catering. Students at Exeter College can choose between a range of places to eat, serving a wide selection of fresh, healthy, and affordably priced food throughout the day. Catering staff make every effort to accommodate special dietary requirements.
Specific entry requirements: This is a progression course and you must have successfully completed the Level 1 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery or Level 1 NVQ in Catering Craft and have achieved functional skills in English and Maths.
