Ferahşad Hatun, Muhtereme Hatun olarak da bilinir, Osmanlı Sultanı II. Bayezid’ın eşiydi. Ferahşad, Bayezid'in haremine 1484’te girdi ve 1486'da Bayezid'in son oğlu Şehzade Mehmed'i doğurdu. Mehmed 1490'da Kefe'ye yönetici gönderildi ve Ferahşad da ona eşlik etti.
