Wright Robinson College is the single largest and most over-subscribed school in the city of Manchester, with around 1,800 pupils on roll. The school converted to academy status in November 2019 and is now sponsored by the Flagship Learning Trust.
WELCOME FROM THEHEADTEACHER. Wright Robinson is an outstanding 11-16 secular college situated on the outskirts of central Manchester, in extensive grounds alongside Gorton reservoir and surrounding greenbelt.
Wright Robinson College is a non-selective, co-educational 11 to 16 year old Academy, situated in East Manchester. The college is part of the Flagship Learning Trust. The purpose built premises opened in 2007 and include specialist teaching rooms for Art, Technology and Music.
